Tour d’Coop 2009

If you liked the Piedmont Farm Tour (largest in the country), you’ll love this one — Henside the Beltline — open house at two-dozen chicken coops tucked into backyards across the state capital. It’s the annual Tour d’Coop, set for this Saturday May 16 from 10 to 4  in Raleigh.  Great for the kids, but leave the pets at home. Bring a non-perishable food item or cash donation to Urban Ministries. Check here for ticket and coop locations.
